At Precision Mounting Technologies we use only the very latest technology in manufacturing. We utilize: 2 state of the art CNC laser cutting machines, a high-power abrasive water jet, 6 dual pallent horizontal CNC machining centre's, 2 CNC turning centre's, and a dual CNC machine 32 pallet machining centre. We have our own in-house powder coating operation, the latest CAD/CAM software for development, and skilled employees to make it all work.
Our machinery enables us to produce high volume while still maintaining precise tolerances on our parts. 95% of our product is made from aircraft quality T6 6061 aluminum. This means our product weighs substantially less than that of our stamped steel competitors. And because we machine our docks from solid aluminum we are able to produce a higher quality product that is very solid and reliable, with ergonomic round edges and corners.
