The first step in quality manufacturing is choosing the correct material.
The choice of aircraft aluminum rather then steel allows us to create a
light weight product that absorbs vibration rather then magnifies it.
While aluminum remains much more expensive, it allows us to round edges and
corners to make a more ergonomically sound product.
Equipped with the latest in computer numeric control (CNC) technology, we
seek to use the most advanced methods to machine material rather than stamp it.
This allows us to create tolerances lower than the laptop computer molds
themselves. Our machine shop is equipped with CNC machining centers,
turning centers and press brakes. Our products are designed using computer
assisted drafting (CAD) and computer assisted machining (CAM) programs to
give us the most flexibility in upgrades and advancements..
